John Tomlinson is Managing Director of MNGP, bringing extensive senior-level experience across the global food and drink professional services sector.

He has held strategic, commercial and operational leadership roles with organisations including BSI, BRCGS, Eurofins and LRQA, spanning testing, inspection, certification and SaaS solutions. He has led large national and international teams and holds a doctorate in Chemistry, maintaining a strong connection to the science underpinning the services MNGP delivers.

Catrin brings vast technical and regulatory knowledge across multiple food categories, with a deep understanding of convenience retail and manufacturing processes.

Catrin has supported food and drink businesses with supplier due diligence, own-label NPD and labelling compliance, and also plays a central role in the SALSA Certification scheme. She holds a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science from Oxford Brookes University.

After 5 years of working in R&D for multinational FMCGs, including Unilever and Kraft, Mark joined MNGP in 2015. Since then, he has driven the artwork process for thousands of products and acted as a bridge between clients & suppliers.
