Quality Attribute Sheets Management
Define what good looks like, so everyone can check for it
Contact UsQuality attribute sheets remove subjectivity from QC, replacing terms like "ruby" or "garnet" with defined tolerance ranges or graded scales, backed by reference photography and defect classifications. Validated against production samples, the sheet becomes the controlled reference for QC checkpoints and supplier audits.

Quality Attribute Sheets Management Services
What we do
An attribute sheet is only as useful as its weakest definition, so we build each one from a critical attribute analysis rather than a generic template. From there, it’s about capturing evidence, developing the document, and getting it into the hands of everyone who needs to check against it.
Who uses a quality attribute sheet once it’s built?
Anyone checking the product against standard, including your own QC team, production staff, suppliers, and auditors reviewing consistency across a range.
Do we need reference photography, or is a written description enough on a QAS?
Written descriptions are open to interpretation. Reference photography removes that ambiguity, so we’d recommend it wherever quality attributes are visual, which is most of the time.
Can you build attribute sheets across a whole own-label range, not just one product?
Yes. We regularly build attribute sheets across multi-product ranges, and can help roll them out consistently across a supplier base.
Can I use MNGP for a one-off project, or only ongoing support?
Either works. MNGP can respond quickly and cost-effectively to a single, specific task — such as checking a label or running a shelf-life test — or provide ongoing technical support over the longer term, depending on what suits your business.
